Apple Watch - "Other" Workout Question
I'm starting Insanity MAX 30 again. I assume using the "Other" workout selection would be best for this type of workout?

Choose the activity type that most closely reflects the nature of your exercise activity for any given workout.
If none of the other options are similar, choose Other.
When you use Other, Apple Watch's estimation of active calories is based on data from the heart rate sensor.
