Hope you can help.
I bought a Q10 for my wife as she likes the keyboard function.
The guy I bought it from was/is genuine and provided me with the password to remove the existing Blackberry ID (his Email). I then changed the details to my wifes Email info and a new password.
The following day he asked for the new Blackberry ID and password so he could retreive his info (I hope !). I provided this as I believe him to be genuine and he has now changed the Blackberry ID to his Email account.
My question is how do we resolve this - I have the phone and can set up a new Blackberry ID on my PC but it isn't being accepted on the phone.
If you can help please can you tell us what we both need to do - the seller and myself. I'm sure he will give me the password but changing it on the phone may affect his end ?.
