Hi

I'm afraid that is not possible.

Photos can only be synced to Apple Watch from the paired iPhone. They cannot be synced in the other direction or otherwise exported from your watch.

Even if this had been possible, the photos on your watch have been resized to smaller dimensions, for display on the watch's smaller screen.

The closest you can get to saving them is to display each photo on the watch's screen and photograph the screen using another device.

To view your photos: view the time on the watch face> press the Digital Crown once to access the Home screen> tap on the Photos icon> tap on a photo to view it> turn the Digital Crown downwards to select another photo.

In due course, before your watch can be paired to a replacement iPhone, you will need to erase all content and settings on your watch.

When you are ready to do this:

- On your watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown)> Settings (cog icon)> General> Reset> Erase all Content and Settings.
