I recently updated my iPhone 5s to IOS 9.3, it reset my phone and now somehow the wrong apple id email is linked to that and I can't access my phone
I recently updated my iPhone 5S to IOS9.3 after the update it is asking me to Activate iPhone and it is asking for Apple ID and Password. It does not recognize the my apple ID anymore and I can not use my phone.
Has this phone been registered to another Apple ID in the past? If yes, the Activation Lock might still be active. Check this article about how to disable this security feature:

If you did set up the the very first time, using your Apple ID and password, log into your iCloud account on your computer and disable "Find my iPhone" for this device.
After that connect to your computer and set it back to factory settings, described in this article:

I do all of instructions but it didn't work and I cant found apple id of the first owner that locked my iPhone. please help
Sorry, but without knowing the Apple ID and the correct password, the Activation Lock can't be disabled and the phone is no use to you.
