AS BlackBerry doesn't do breakdowns... that would only be a guess.
But it's clear is was probably the 9900 line of BOLDs. Back in that time, sales were 4 -5 million a quarter in overall sales, easily eclipsing anything that BB10 devices have done.
Now out of the BB10 devcies, it is clear that the Z10 was the most sold of "modern" BlackBerry.
9900 was very popular for sure, but my money is on the 83XX curve lineup. These were sold by the truckload.

Most sold or most solid?
Thread title and text body don't match, haha!
Most solid? I guess the Q10. Apart from the double-typitis... :-D
There's a Crack in the Berry right now...
The Z30 would have been if anyone knew it existed!! Mine is a workhorse and has given me NO problems!!!
9000> Q10> Z10>Z30>Z30>< Lumia950
Definitely the Curve 8330 and Bold 9000. Currently still using my Bold 9000 and it's been outdated for quite some time now, but it probably is the best keyboard I have used since the T-Mobile Sidekicks (3 and LX 08 to be specific). If they made new phones with a great keyboard I wouldn't hesitate to jump on one. The new Blackberry Privs keyboard looks very small compared with my bold or else I would try it out.
9900. But Curve is a close second. The BALL on the curve was always a concern.

My bet is on the curve 8520 and related models.

Solid is overrated. My 8330 used to slip from my hand and explode at least weekly I would put the battery back in and it would boot no harm done.
When looking for durable, what you need is exploding into easily reassembled pieces really.
