Instagram file empty and not saving photos?
Okay so basically, i use Instagram a lot especially for advertising my work and i like to just made little adjustments to the photos and see what one i like best, sounds silly but it works for me.
I recently moved some files to my SD card and i kept the original folder of instagram, snapchat ect but moved the images inside, then deleted them off the phone once they moved over. I went on instagram about a day after and it won't create a new instagram folder or save my edits, it's saved a video however.
I've searched in all my files and the file should look like /storage/emulated/0/pictures/instagram which the folder on the my files does, it's just empty. I know this sounds silly but it's really bugging me.

I would try to clear cache and app data on the app
Same here, I have looked around but no luck.
When I take pictures with Instagram or when I apply filters, Instagram is not saving the pictures.
Someone have any idea how to fix this? I am using Nexus 6P and Marshmallow (6.0.1 I think is the latest version).
Hi, all --
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the latest version of Instagram. I have the "save original photos" feature enabled in my setting. However, like others in this thread, none of my photos are saving to my phone's photo gallery as I upload them to my Instagram account. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem still persists. I've also tried numerous times to contact Instagram but their "support" is mediocre -- they haven't even bothered to respond to any of my inquiries.
If anyone can offer some suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to go about fixing it, that'd be much appreciated!
