My daughter and I have iphone 6S. It seems that her phone has been made the primary phone because when I add an app, it gets added to her phone too. How can I change this?
Also, Can I lock her access to certain settings?
And, when I do the Find Friend feature, both her phone and my phone are only locating where my phone is located.
You are likely sharing the same Apple ID. If so I suggest having separate IDs as Apple recommends and using Family Sharing instead.
I suspect, as vagrant said, that you are sharing an Apple ID. You should not do that. Use Family Sharing instead. Family Sharing will allow you to do what you want. See these to get started:
