Unable to watch any video online and screen becomes black when I pull my notification bar down. What could the problem be?

when i try to watch any video in INSTAGRAM BETA or in FACEBOOK the screen is becoming green and audio is playing but not the video. And the second problem is when i pull my notification bar down the screen is becoming blank. how do i solve these problems???

The first problem can be solved by using an alternative app like 6tag for instagram and using the browser for facebook. Honestly 6tat is 5 times better than instagram beta
