Unknown Apple ID, can't restore backup after updating to iOS 9.3.1
Couldn't restore backup because phone was iOS 9.0 so I updated to 9.3.1 and now it's got an Apple ID that isn't mine,
I can't sign in as obviously i don't have the password. I've spent two hours playing around - how to fix this? Restart again?
If you are the original owner of that device please bring it to Apple or an authorized service center with proof of ownership and your identity
If you purchased the device second hand - ask the original owner to erase it from their account
