Why aren't some of my apps on windows 10 mobile showing in the notification center in settings?

Three apps that I have not been getting notifications from since after the Windows 10 mobile anniversary update are MobiFAQ, kik, and espn. When I go into the notifications center in settings, they don't even show up for me to even customize the notifications for them.

Three apps that I have not been getting notifications from since after the Windows 10 mobile anniversary update are MobiFAQ, kik, and espn. When I go into the notifications center in settings, they don't even show up for me to even customize the notifications for them.I believe they first have to have some notifications come through before the app appears in the notification settings
